To remotely access the electronic resources of the New York State Library, email nyslcirc@mail.nysed.gov and ask for a state employee borrower's card. An application will be mailed or emailed to you. Fax or mail the application back with a photocopied pay stub and a copy of your Alfred State ID. Note that a more limited selection of databases is available to NYS residents.
